Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa, Fort Lauderdale

I had a wonderful stay at this resort, especially enjoying the beautiful beach and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience great. The rooms were nice, although I would suggest asking for a higher floor for a better view. The dining options could use a little improvement, and I felt the breakfast menu didn’t cater well to dietary preferences. Overall, this place is worth a return visit.

I had a truly terrible experience at this hotel. Initially, things seemed okay, but my room was damaged by a leak that ruined my computer, and the condition of the sheets was unacceptable. On top of that, customer service was lacking when addressing my concerns about both issues. The positives? The view from my room was nice, but between the management's poor handling of the situation and the room's cleanliness, I can't recommend staying here.
